In this plan, you lease your apparel from Crown and your employees are responsible for laundering. It's a favorite of companies with high employee turnover or with employees who don't meet at a central location.

• You pay only for the garments in service, not for ones that aren't being used.
• We charge a fixed amount per person, so you can budget costs effectively over the entire year.
• You can reuse garments of employees who leave. This saves you significant money.
• We fit garments personally for each employee.
• We take care of alterations, repairs and replacements. Our Quality Assurance System helps us spot problems our customers might not notice, and our Automatic Upgrade System ensures that your garments are continuously replaced as needed.

Though the Lease No Launder program addresses many of the issues of Direct Purchase, keep the following in mind:

• You don't have an infinite variety of styles and colors to choose from, as with Direct Purchase. Nevertheless, Crown offers a very broad selection of name-brand apparel and you can count on availability from year to year.
• You do pay for the service. But the cost might be less than the total cost of a do-it-yourself program, without even factoring in the aggravation and distraction.
• You still can't guarantee consistency in quality of cleaning and finish of uniforms. So you will be spending some time enforcing standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• If you're interested in investing in a professionally managed apparel program, Crown's Lease No Launder program is a low cost, high value place to start. How do I find out more about Crown's Lease No Launder program?
First, check out our service area map, to make sure you're in one of our service regions. Contact our sales department at 1-800-221-2725 or via our contact page. You'll choose from a selection of brand new garments from leading manufacturers like Dickies, Red Kap, Fashion Seal, Medline and Best.

We'll work with you to finalize selections and quantities and prepare a price quote. Once you've approved the price quote and signed a service agreement, a representative will make arrangements for an on-site fitting for all of your employees.

We'll set up a regular route schedule so we can check for repairs and alterations and stay up to date on staffing changes. Initially, we'll stop weekly, though you may not require such frequent service. Of course, our service department is always a phone call away.
