Automatic delivery
Your delivery schedule is programmed according to your usage and is designed to give you the best possible service. Your delivery date and time are constant, so you know when to expect services. Of course, special and emergency deliveries are always available.

Inventory and usage control
Our Conservation Department carefully monitors your usage and makes recommendations to you based on your usage patterns so that you can maximize the value of your program.

Responsive service
In our plants, the Service Department is actively looking after your interests and developing service improvements. They check with you to make sure you're satisfied with your service. And they're prepared to respond immediately to any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

Quality Assurance
Our built-in control procedures help us monitor the appearance of all garments, linens and other products we process. Our inspectors look for holes, tears, rips, stains, open hems, loose, missing or broken buttons, wrinkles, incomplete repairs and excessive wear. Repairs and upgrades are automatic and continuous. Over 90% of repairs are initiated by Crown, not the customer. This level of quality assurance has helped us maintain an outstanding customer satisfaction record for our delivered items.

Computerized Accounting and Invoicing
We use computerized counters to make sure that soiled items that come into the plant are accurately recorded and accurately invoiced. Items are also counted at Ship-Out. On-site soil counts and inventory counts are available as needed or when requested.

Professional Delivery Personnel
Our delivery personnel are our ambassadors. They're face-to-face with our customers every day. We pride ourselves on our route staff. Some of them have worked for Crown for as long as 30 years. They're knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and will go out of their way to ensure your total satisfaction. Of course, all of our delivery personnel are carefully screened for customer security.
